Netball Line Marking 2_edited.jpg

From pickleball conversons to school netball courts and community tennis clubs to private residential basketball setups, an aging or cracked sports surface compromises player traction and accelerates structural deterioration. We deliver full-spectrum acrylic sports surface restoration—combining heavy-duty substrate preparation, crack repair, precision leveling, and multi-coat acrylic systems that stand up to UV exposure and heavy wear.

Complete Court Restoration: Substrate to Surface Finish

A long-lasting acrylic court relies on what happens beneath the topcoat. Our systematic approach ensures complete adhesion, long lasting repairs, and a smooth, high-traction play surfaces that stands up to the harsh New Zealand sun.

1. Substrate Inspection & Mechanical Prep

We perform high-pressure washing and mechanical concrete grinding or scarifying to eliminate existing organic growth, failed coatings, and surface contaminants.

2. Structural Crack Repair & Patching

Cracks and surface spalls are cleaned, and filled using high-flexibility acrylic patching compounds or structural epoxies designed to bridge expansion joints without telegraphing through the topcoat.

3. Depression Levelling (Low Spot / Birdbath)

Standing water ruins play and captures dirt. We flood the court to identify low spots (birdbaths deeper than a 2mm coin width) and level them using specialised acrylic levelling resurfacer mix prior to coating. Completely flat courts will always hold some water, we aim to reduce puddle depth so drying time is shorter.

4. Multi-Layer Acrylic System Application

• Resurfacer Basecoat: Formulated with graded silica sand to fill surface voids in concrete or asphalt, creating a uniform, high-bond foundation.
• Textured Acrylic Colour Coats: Premium 100% acrylic wear coats blended with rounded silica sand for consistent ball bounce and predictable non-slip traction underfoot.
• UV-Resistant Finish Seal: Vibrant, fade-resistant colour pigments formulated to withstand harsh New Zealand UV levels.

5. Precision Line Marking

Applied using high-pigment, sharp-edge acrylic line paint engineered for high visibility, matching official council, school, or sport-governing body specifications (Tennis NZ, Netball NZ, FIBA).
