Line Marking Removal

Needs change, lines must change with them and we can help with that.

We offer:

  • UHP water jet removal

  • PCD removal and polishing on concrete

  • Bush-hammer removal

  • Black Out

  • Shot Blasting

We have a line marking removal method to suit every paint, surface and budget.

Blackout/grey out is the simplest and lowest cost method. We hand roll, or spray apply black road marking paint over the top of existing markings to hide them. The paint does eventually wear away exposing the old markings, however it can be topped up at the next maintenance cycle.

For businesses that are moving out and need to remove warehouse lines for handover back to their landlord, we offer complete removal using PCD, diamond grinding and a lithium densifier burnish to blend this in with the existing concrete floor.

On asphalt, complete removal is slightly more difficult as the texture of the asphalt makes getting paint that is deeper in to the structure a challenge. We can use a bush-hammer, or UHP jet blasting depending on the quantity.

All line removal options leave some level of evidence behind, but we will advise on what method is best to achieve the results you are looking for.
